i won just under 3k on slots at william hill fraud casino and tried to withdrawl but support told me i had a poker bonus ticket so i had to do the requirements but he told me i can remove the bonus since i didnt win nothing from a 1 cent poker ticket so i agreed. support chat then told me to log out and log back in, which i thought was kind of odd but i did and when i logged back on they told me that the bonus could not be removed( i realized later they wanted me to log off so i couldnt show them the history when they had told me earlier that i could remove the bonus).these scammers told me a straight out lie about a 1 cent poker ticket that i won nothing from so i went back to play slots because of these fake requirements and pretty much lost it all, i was down to like 50 bucks and decided to ask them if they could remove the bonus now and they did without any hesitation. and thats when i realize this filthy casino had just conned me by telling me some nonsense. so when i went back to confront them, they pretended like i was the one that was confused and acted as if nothing happened (thats why they made me logg off about the history, very clever scheme). i have been playing online casinos for a very long time and this casino here is the worse bunch of scum bags i have come across. be ware guys do not play at william hill casino..these clowns find ways to trick you. this is the biggest scamming casino i have come across. be aware people. i should have checked reviews first because after the scam they pulled on me, i told myself their must be many complaints about them and when i checked online, i was not surprised at all. go and see for yourselves people. this casino is a straight con artist casino. spread the word for me and lets expose these clowns!!!!!!!

Grosvenor is a name I know more for their excellent land based casinos than their on-line offering, but I do still like to play here on occasion - usually a snap response to receiving yet another free bonus, something they haven't been doing as much of recently but when I do pick up a free voucher code from them it almost always comes with just 1x wagering, meaning there's absolutely no reason not to take them up on the offer. It almost seems rude not to make a deposit if I lose the free £5 or £10 quickly!
